Helen's Little Herbal Shop specializes in all things tea! We craft beautiful hand-blended teas made with love and care, and each of our unique blends is thoughtfully created from our own exclusive recipes-- made for tea lovers! We also make all-natural, botanical body care products, using a mix of the amazing tea plant and other herbs to achieve a luxurious relaxation in our every-day routine. Everything is handmade by me in small batches, stored in sustainable packaging. Good for the body, good for the environment!

For Helen, owner and founder of Helen's Little Herbal Shop, a love of tea has always been her north star.
A lifelong tea drinker, she worked for many years in a Halifax, NS tea shop, where she imparted her enthusiasm for this beloved drink to countless customers.
Eventually, with her deep knowledge of tea's numerous uses, benefits, and global impacts, Helen was inspired to launch her own business: Helen's Little Herbal Shop, specializing in tea and tea-based products, all carefully sourced and blended in unique formulations for the well-being of not only tea drinkers, but also tea producers and the environment.
As a community-minded entrepreneur, Helen continues to pursue her vision by creating opportunities for people to come together and savour tea in all aspects of life. She is currently expanding her offerings, including new tea blends, bespoke tea-centered events, and collaborations with like-minded entrepreneurs—not to mention engaging in R&D for a future line of handcrafted tea accessories. You'll frequently find Helen at local markets, building connections as both a vendor and a visitor.
