This is Forest Bathing, a green, pu erh, and rooibos tea based bath tea, filled with relaxing herbs, astringent citrus peels, calming oats, and sea and Epsom salts-- as an extra touch of woody note, valerian roots are added to complete the relaxation effect! There is no essential oil in this bath tea blend, and it makes a bath with a mellow and gentle scent of greenery, like when you're out in nature. The teas and herbs don't just help relax your work-worn body, but also rejuvenate it, to get you ready for tomorrow!

A tin comes with 100g of bath tea (2 baths). Cloth tea bags are available to purchase.

The sample tea bag comes in single use, sealed tea bags-- simply drop the tea bag in the bath tub to use. The tea bag contains 15 tsp of bath tea and comes with instruction notes on how to prepare the baths.

Pick up and local delivery available. Please message me to arrange a pick up order at one of my upcoming markets (posted on my website and social media). Local delivery is available for purchases $30 and above for Halifax Peninsula and Dartmouth area.
